Students should bring their computers to one of the ITS Help Desk locations - in the Undergraduate Library or the Student and Academic Services Building-South (SASB-South) - when on or near campus.

Faculty and staff may submit a service request at http://help.unc.edu/ or call 962-HELP. A technician will come out to your on-campus location to diagnose and repair your computer.

When away from the UNC-Chapel Hill campus, you can take your computer to any authorized Lenovo repair center. Visit http://www.lenovo.com/ to find an authorized Lenovo service provider in your area.
